It has been known as the premier tattoo shop in Pittsburgh, voted #1 year after year.

From the moment you walk in, you notice a clean environment and an extremely knowledgeable staff that is both friendly and professional. All 5 tattoo artists are well rounded and can provide anything from a small tattoo to a large custom piece of body art. In addition, our 2 body piercers can perform a wide range of piercings, from ear lobes to dermal anchors. We offer great hours being open 7 days a week and walk-ins are always welcome.

If you would like to make an appointment, you can call if you have been tattooed here before. If you haven’t been here, stop down with your artwork and a $100.00 deposit.

She had the unique opportunity to study under her brother master tattoo artist Craig Helmich. After her apprenticeship she opened Southside Tattoo and Body Piercing February 3, 1997. Being the first female tattoo artist in Pittsburgh and first female to own their own shop in the state of Pennsylvania she was welcomed by all. Having a great beginning opportunity she is completely well rounded in every aspect of tattooing from the best black and grey work to the brightest and boldest color, from butterfly to portrait. The best of the best!

After a brief few years on sabbatical he has returned rested and ready. He has been tattooing since 2004, and has mastered all. Well rounded in everything he does from fine line to watercolor.

He was the youngest taught as he was still in high school when his apprenticeship began in 2000. He is in his 25th year of tattooing and has a very large following. Great artist in Japanese style, black and grey as well as color. Guaranteed he’ll give you a great experience and memory.
